Randle John Montgomery (born August 12, 1947 in Houston, Texas) was a National Football League cornerback and kickback for the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears. After attending high school in Cleveland (Seattle, WA), Montgomery attended Everett JC and Weber State University. Montgomery made his professional NFL debut in 1971 with the Denver Broncos. He then played with the Chicago Bears. During his 4-year career, he played 40 games with the cornerback, starting at 10. He also played several games on the kickoff return.[2]

Statistically, 1972 was Randy Montgomery’s best year as he collected 756 kicking return yards and ran a kickoff for a touchdown.
