RIAMO – 5 Jan. In the capital “Stanislavsky Electrotheatre” on Tuesday, a farewell ceremony will take place with actor Vladimir Korenev, who died at the age of 81, it is reported on the site theater.
“The civil funeral service will be held on the main stage of the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre (23 Tverskaya Street) from 10:00 to 12:00,” the message says.
He will be buried at the Vvedenskoye cemetery in the center of Moscow next to his father and mother.
The actor died on January 2, he was 80 years old. The cause of death was the coronavirus.
Korenev was born on June 20, 1940 in Sevastopol. In 1957 he entered GITIS. After graduation, he became a member of the troupe of the Moscow Drama Theater named after K.S. Stanislavsky, which now bears the name “Stanislavsky Electrotheatre”.
The actor received popularity and love of the audience for his roles in the films “Light of a Distant Star”, “Children of Don Quixote”, “Sons of the Fatherland”, “Liberation”. But the main role in the film “Amphibian Man” brought him special success.
