ARIZONA- Police located the driver who fled after hitting a cyclist on the streets of Chandler early Wednesday morning.
Police received a report that a bicyclist was injured on the street around 2:30 a.m. in the Alma School Road and Galveston Street area, north of Chandler Boulevard. The victim, who has not been identified, died at the hospital.

At the scene the authorities found the wrecked bicycle and a pair of shoes next to it on the street. Based on investigations, the suspect is believed to have been heading north on Alma School Road.
Police described the driver’s vehicle as a Dodge Ram pickup. The driver was located around 11:30 am aboard the van.
